918 Kaya Terms & Conditions – Malaysian Platform Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the platform 918 Kaya – whether via the website, mobile app or any other device – you automatically agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (as a member) and the management of 918 Kaya. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2Member Eligibility

To become a member 918 Kaya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where the use of online gaming platforms is permitted.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of our staff 918 Kaya.

918 Kaya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity, all winnings will be voided and the account terminated immediately without compensation.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the platform 918 Kaya. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without warning.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name, active phone number, valid email address and banking details for withdrawal purposes. All information provided must match your official Malaysian identity documents.

• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for the withdrawal.
• The registered phone number will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Each account may only be linked to one phone number and one email address.
• Any changes to account information must be made through customer support with valid proof of identity.

918 Kaya is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the member.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Platform 918 Kaya accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Instant deposit, minimum RM 20
• GrabPay – Instant deposit, minimum RM 20
• Boost – Instant deposit, minimum RM 20
• ShopeePay – Instant deposit, minimum RM 20
• DuitNow – Instant deposit via QR or transfer, minimum RM 20
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, AmBank) – Minimum RM 20

All deposits are processed in real time. If there is any delay, please contact customer support 918 Kaya within 30 minutes along with proof of transaction (screenshot of payment receipt). The maximum deposit limit is RM 30,000 per day across all combined payment methods.

All deposit transactions are final. 918 Kaya does not process any cancellation requests for deposits that have already been successfully credited to your gaming account.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings at 918 Kaya are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Standard processing time is between 5 and 15 minutes once the request has been approved.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 every transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 per day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the verified member.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your first withdrawal may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

918 Kaya reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding RM 10,000 as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering procedures. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statements and proof of source of funds.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 918 Kaya are subject to individual rollover requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the specified rollover conditions have been fully met.

• Welcome Bonus: 20x rollover on deposit + bonus amount. Valid for 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Credited every Monday with no rollover requirement. Maximum cap of RM 500.
• Reload Bonus: 15x rollover on the bonus amount. Valid for 7 days.
• Poker Rakeback: Calculated based on rake generated over a 7-day period. No rollover requirement.

Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. 918 Kaya reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses awarded if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the platform 918 Kaya – including slots, live casino, poker, Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, badminton, and e-sports – are operated using a certified fair gaming system.

The RNG (Random Number Generator) for all slots and table games has been independently audited by international certification bodies, ensuring that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to dispute unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Any dispute relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant game concluding.
• Game logs are retained for 90 days and may be reviewed by the technical team 918 Kaya upon request.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption are considered valid if the transaction has been successfully recorded by the server.

918 Kaya reserves the right to void any bets or rounds involving significant technical errors, such as incorrect odds display or erroneous win multipliers caused by system failures. In such cases, the original deposit will be returned to the member's account.

8Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. 918 Kaya you. This includes your username, password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication details.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including the support team. 918 Kaya. We will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your account when you are done playing, especially when using a shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Report any suspicious account activity to customer support immediately.

918 Kaya is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

9Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform 918 Kaya and may result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of all remaining funds:

• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Duplicate accounts: Owning, operating, or sharing more than one account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process or conceal illicit funds.
• Game manipulation: Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the gaming system.
• Bonus abuse: Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without any genuine risk.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Payment fraud: Filing chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Members have the right to close their account 918 Kaya at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, please ensure all active bonus rollover requirements have been met or the relevant bonus cancelled, and that any eligible funds have been withdrawn.

918 Kaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Recommendations or directives from relevant authorities.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.

In the event of termination due to a violation, 918 Kaya reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending completion of the investigation. If no violation is found, the legitimate balance will be returned to the member.

11Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Platform 918 Kaya is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability at all times.

• 918 Kaya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Maximum liability limit 918 Kaya to any member is limited to the amount of the most recent unused deposit in that account.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or actions by regulatory authorities.

Online gaming involves financial risk. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. 918 Kaya provides a platform, not betting advice. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

918 Kaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
